Payment Confirmation

• Your order will then be processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

• A second dispatch email will include your tracking number once your parcel is shipped.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check the following:

• Ensure your billing information matches the details registered with your payment card or PayPal account.

• You may try again using a different card or contact your card provider for assistance.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not been dispatched.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• Refunds for eligible orders are processed back to the original payment method (via PayPal) within 5–10 business days, following our Return and Refund Policy.

Currency & Taxes

• All prices on cleveleysshedsltd.shop are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).

• Prices include applicable UK taxes (VAT, where required).
