2. Estimated Delivery Times

We break down the total delivery time into two components: Processing Time and Transit Time.

A. Processing Time (Handling)

  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same business day.

B. Transit Time (Shipping)

  • Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

C. Total Estimated Delivery Time (Order to Door)

The total estimated time from the moment you place your order to delivery is:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit:

  • We will open an investigation with the courier to locate your parcel.

  • If the parcel cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
